Total Management Group is a global events, creative and travel agency delivering world-class experiences for leading brands across finance, tech, media and entertainment. We integrate strategy, creative, production and global logistics to deliver high-impact, large-scale conferences, summits and brand experiences. Guided by our values — Be Bold, Be Flexible, Be Collaborative, Be Real, Be Your Best — we create experiences that connect people, inspire audiences and deliver measurable impact.
Our highly collaborative in-house studio works with event delivery teams, acting as the bridge between concept and execution. Our Creative Producers sit at the centre of that ecosystem.
The Opportunity: You will sit at the heart of the creative scoping, development and production process, partnering with creatives, strategists, event managers, technical teams and clients to ensure ideas are executed with precision, efficiency and exceptional craft. You will lead day-to-day project delivery, manage budgets and timelines, remove blockers, uphold creative integrity and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned from concept through to onsite delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional live experiences at scale. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for translating creative vision into executable production reality across multi-day conferences, global summits and large-scale brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Workflow & Delivery: Translate creative concepts into fully executable production plans. Maintain creative integrity from initial scoping through to onsite execution. Lead development of staging, scenic builds, content environments, attendee journeys, branding, content, and experiential touchpoints. Partner with designers and strategists to evolve ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions. Review creative outputs against technical feasibility, brand guidelines and event requirements.
- Production Integration: Source and manage fabricators, scenic partners, AV teams, photographers, directors, animators and production houses. Lead projects from brief to final execution, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met. Gather technical information, dimensions, templates and specifications required for build and asset delivery. Establish clear briefs, schedules, dependency mapping and communication plans. Balance creativity, budget realities and operational constraints. Collaborate with technical production teams to ensure feasibility, safety, and efficiency. Oversee fabrication, scenic build, technical rehearsals and onsite installation. Maintain organised project documentation including meeting notes, schedules, scope updates, action logs and status reports.
- Global Event Execution: Lead creative production across multi-day conferences (general sessions, breakouts, expo halls, networking environments). Manage multiple workstreams across time zones and international vendor teams. Travel globally to oversee builds, rehearsals, installations and show delivery. Act as onsite producer for creative build, content checks, shoots and live delivery. Troubleshoot in real time to ensure seamless execution.
- Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders. Present production solutions with clarity and confidence. Manage feedback cycles and align stakeholders around delivery priorities. Source and manage fabricators, scenic partners, technical vendors and specialist suppliers. Evaluate proposals and ensure quality, safety and compliance standards. Build long-term partnerships with global suppliers.
- Budget & Timeline Oversight: Develop and manage creative production budgets. Identify cost efficiencies without compromising design intent. Maintain schedules and ensure milestones are met. Negotiate schedules, costs and deliverables.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience: 4+ years in creative production for live events, conferences or experiential marketing. Proven delivery of large-scale, complex, multi-day conferences (1,000+ attendees). Experience delivering events internationally.
- Technical & Creative Expertise: Strong understanding of scenic production, staging, AV, lighting, and spatial design. Ability to interpret technical drawings and production specifications. Experience integrating digital content, motion graphics and immersive elements. Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple high-pressure workstreams simultaneously. Confident client-facing presence. Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to work across creative, logistics and technical teams.
- Tools & Systems: Familiarity with CAD plans, production drawings and show documentation. Working knowledge of event production software, Adobe creative suite software and collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in experiential design or live show production. Familiarity with sustainability practices in scenic production and materials. Experience working within integrated agencies. Experience in finance, technology, Web3, or media industry conferences.
What Success Looks Like
- Seamless integration between creative vision and technical execution. Exceptional onsite delivery and client satisfaction. Creative projects run smoothly, on time, and on budget. Creatives have everything they need to deliver exceptional work without blockers. Risks are identified early and solutions are presented proactively. Communication flows seamlessly across studio, events, suppliers, and clients. Projects feel organised, structured, transparent, and well-managed end to end.
