Wood Machinist in Wickford

Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced working Wood Machinist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Hours of work: 7.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday. you to have experience all fixed woodworking machines.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 to 10 years experience of bench joinery and be able to demonstrate their knowledge and use of woodworking machinery.
• We are seeking someone with good organisational skills and who is able to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.

Experience

• Wood Machining: 5 years (required).
• Bench Joinery: 5 years (required).

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacturing joinery products including:
• Fitted and freestanding furniture.
• Sash and casement windows.
• Doors.
• Reception desk.
• Screens.

Part-time hours

• 40 per week.
