The Role:
As Joinery Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all workshop operations, managing production schedules, maintaining quality standards, and leading a skilled team of joiners and machinists. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the joinery workshop.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Supervise, motivate, and develop workshop staff.
- Ensure all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and resource allocation.
