Perform onshore requirements gathering and technical documentation for enterprise network connectivity, supporting real-time data and operational applications.
Produce detailed network designs to support rig commissioning activities, as well as associated decommissioning documentation where required.
Collaborate closely with Field Network Architects and Digital Security teams to ensure all network designs and implemented solutions comply with corporate standards, security policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain the ability and flexibility to travel between global regions in support of project and operational requirements.
Undertake offshore assignments, typically ranging from 2 to 3 weeks, to deliver end-to-end network deployment activities, including installation, configuration, testing, fault finding, system acceptance testing, and completion of as-built documentation.
Mandatory Certifications:
- MIST (Global)
- Basic Safety Training – this may be per regions or sector
- Donut Training (Currently NorthSea now Mandatory)
- CA-EBS – Rebreather System (Global)
- Offshore Medical and Fit-to-Train (Global)
