We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy, drive lead generation, and strengthen our brand presence. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, sales teams, and technical experts to align marketing initiatives with business growth and showcase our expertise.

The Role Involves:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy, campaigns, and account-based initiatives to generate leads and support sales.
  • Oversee digital marketing, content creation, social media and website management to enhance brand positioning.
  • Support sales with presentations, case studies, tender materials and client engagement programmes.
  • Organise events, exhibitions and seminars while maintaining PR and corporate communications.
  • Monitor performance, optimise campaigns and manage marketing budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Generate reports for senior leadership on marketing effectiveness.

Key Experience / Qualifications:

  • Proven Marketing Manager or senior marketing experience in B2B/technical industries.
  • Strong digital marketing, lead generation and campaign management skills.
  • Excellent communication and content development abilities.
  • Experience supporting sales teams in a business development environment.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into clear marketing messages.

Skills And Capabilities:

  • Experience within the Fire and Security, construction, engineering or building services sectors.
  • Knowledge of life safety systems, electronic security or integrated building technology.
  • Experience supporting tender responses and bid marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.

We Will Offer The Following Package:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Permanent).
  • Travel to all TIS Group offices is required.
  • £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience).
