Overview: Are you an experienced Security Maintenance Engineer looking to join a company that values quality, professionalism, and customer service? You will be working across a variety of security systems and environments, supported with ongoing training and development to help you continue progressing your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned maintenance on a variety of security systems, including public space CCTV, Intruder and intercoms.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and customer satisfaction is achieved before leaving site.
- Complete all required documentation accurately, including job reports and timesheets, using the Company’s service management system.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant health and safety procedures and best practices.
- Participate in the Company’s out of hours callout rota.
- Represent the business professionally at all times when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience maintaining CCTV systems.
- Good technical knowledge of CCTV, Intruder, networking, and intercom systems.
- IPAF Licence PTS (desirable but not essential).
- Full UK driving licence.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Self-motivated, with a positive can-do attitude.
- Able to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships.
