Based in Mansfield/Nottinghamshire

Due to the Company’s continued success, we are looking to expand our Engineering Team in Mansfield and are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Installation Engineer, Fire Biased. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and become a valued member of the team. You should be positive and enthusiastic having the ability to provide the client with a premium service and the capability to work independently or within a team when required.

What we offer:

  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm (Permanent)
  • Salary: Competitive salary dependant on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The installation of various systems including Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, Intruder Alarm and CCTV
  • Ensure client satisfaction is achieved before leaving site by delivering a high standard of service
  • Accurate completion of handover documentation and timesheets
  • Provide a premium service to customers at all times
  • Working to a safe Health and Safety practices at all times
  • Carryout upgrades to Fire Alarm / P6 and Lighting as a team of two

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of installation within commercial, industrial, fire and security environments
  • 3 years’ experience in installing fire systems
  • Full UK driving licence
  • FIA Part 1 Installer
  • FIA Level 3 Installation
  • GENT Advanced is desirable
  • ECS/CSCS Card
  • Good IT skills and a familiarity with Microsoft software
  • You will be a team player with ambition who is willing to learn new technologies and procedures
