About TGK Total Goalkeeping was created to help goalkeepers reach peak performance while developing their love for the game. That might be at grassroots level, as they progress through the game, or by giving them the edge at an elite level. Through our 1-to-1s and small group sessions, we support lasting improvement by keeping coaching detail-focused, challenging, and fun.

The role We’re looking for a focused, detail-driven coach who loves the position, wants to keep learning, and is committed to long-term goalkeeper development. You’ll join a coaching team that values standards, planning, creativity, and player progression. The sessions you deliver will be energetic, engaging, and built with clear purpose.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver structured sessions that are energetic, engaging, and built around clear outcomes.
  • Use TGK’s session framework to coach the details that change performance.
  • Communicate professionally with goalkeepers & parents, representing our standards on & off the pitch.
  • Contribute ideas and session design to keep coaching creative and progressive, not repetitive.

We’re looking for a goalkeeper coach who:

  • Is reliable and prepared: early, organised, consistent week to week.
  • Coaches with clarity: strong demonstrations, precise interventions, and positive standards.
  • Has a development mindset: open to feedback, always learning.
  • Brings creativity and energy while keeping sessions purposeful and detail-led.
  • Works confidently with children and teens and can hold high standards.

Requirements:

  • Relevant UK coaching qualification (e.g. FA / UEFA) or equivalent experience.
  • Enhanced DBS, Current Safeguarding & certificate First Aid certificates.
  • Experience working with goalkeepers across different ages/levels (grassroots to elite).
