With our first Total Fitouts Franchise now launched in the UK, we’re looking for a commercially sharp operator to help build, grow, and lead our franchise network across the United Kingdom.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Recruiting high-quality franchise partners across the UK
  • Coaching business owners to build profitable, systemised operations
  • Driving performance across sales, financials, and delivery
  • Ensuring consistency, compliance, and brand integrity
  • Building a high-performing, accountable network

You’ll have the rare opportunity to help build and shape our UK business from the ground up - making a genuine impact from day one. Working alongside our Managing Director, experienced Support Office team in Australia and our UK Directors, you’ll be supported by proven expertise while playing a hands-on role in bringing our vision to life in a new market.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience running or leading a fitout, construction, or trade-based business
  • Strong commercial acumen - you understand margin, cashflow, and profitability
  • Experience coaching or leading business owners or senior operators
  • Ability to balance support and accountability
