The PR and Content Manager is responsible for shaping, protecting, and amplifying the Total Fitness brand through organic, earned, and third party channels. This role will own the end-to-end PR strategy, content creation, and organic social presence, using storytelling and trusted external voices to build brand credibility, relevance, and engagement. Working closely within internal teams and external agencies, this role ensures consistent, high impact content and communications that support business objectives, strengthen reputation, and drive meaningful audience connections. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the Total Fitness PR strategy, including proactive, reactive, and crisis communications.

  • Support senior leaders with media messaging, briefing and reactive communications where required.
