We are currently looking for a receptionist to work on our clients' site within York, working in the front of house team ensuring all tenants and visitors receive a 5* service. The position involves:
- Welcoming visitors and directing them accordingly
- Ensuring all calls and emails are answered promptly
- Managing the reception and helpdesk inbox
- Dealing with any queries from occupiers or workers
- Signing in visitors and helping with directions
- Reporting any relevant information and issues to the Front of House Manager and designated Facilities Management team
- Ensuring the front of house area is immaculately presented – replenishing stock in kitchens and ensuring areas are tidy
We are looking for candidates with customer-facing experience in:
- Hotels
- Corporate
- Aerospace
- Marketing/Event
Looking for someone that is enthusiastic about ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times. Candidates should have a friendly, professional, bubbly personality and always be extremely well presented (must own a Black/Navy Suit with matching Blazer, White Shirt, Black Court Shoes (tie for male)). Fantastic communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with high-profile clients.
