Temp role - 6 Months + 40 hours per week.

We are recruiting for a skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a well-established facilities team on a commercial site in Weybridge. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer with strong electrical and mechanical knowledge looking for a stable, long-term role.
Role Overview: You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring all building services are running efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
- Fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems
- Working on HVAC, plant equipment, lighting and power systems
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
- Liaising with clients and subcontractors on-site
Qualifications & Experience:
- Electrically qualified (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
- Mechanical qualification or strong mechanical experience
- Experience working in a commercial building environment
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
