Core Responsibilities Working as a Mobile Electrical Engineer covering KT/TW Postcodes. delivering reactive repairs, maintenance tasks, and minor project works. Ensuring full compliance with safe systems of work, risk assessments, method statements, and all relevant health and safety documentation. Following client-specific working processes and procedures. Maintaining accurate records of all completed works along with any follow-up recommendations. Completing planned and reactive repairs in line with SLA requirements and deadlines. Demonstrating strong building services knowledge and the ability to carry out additional multi-skilled tasks when required. Assisting with minor new works and small project installations. Providing proactive, customer-focused communication and service delivery. Adhering to all FM procedures and systems and ensuring clear and legible record-keeping. Working across domestic, industrial and commercial installations. Participating in an out-of-hours call-out rota and working occasional overtime.
