We are currently looking for a high profile receptionist to work on our clients high profile site within Nottingham. The position is covering full time on an ongoing temporary basis covering Monday to Friday 8am-5pm as well as being required around the Christmas period. The position is working in the front of house team working on the ground floor ensuring incoming tenants and visitors receive a 5* service in our one tenant buildings. The position is working in the front of house area in a multi let building. You are the main point of contact for all clients, tenants and colleagues on the floors as well as supporting the workplace experience team and building manager with the running of the building. Receptionist Nottingham £12.00 – £13.00 Responsibilities: Ensure a five* service is delivered by welcoming tenants and guests Ensure all calls and emails are answered promptly and accordingly Deal with any queries from occupiers and guests as well as offering assistance in resolving issues Signing in visitors and helping with directions Seeing tenants and guests to the available hot desks and meeting rooms Booking, preparing, and clearing meeting rooms Report any relevant information and issues to Front of House Manager and designated Facilities Management team Ensuring the front of house area is immaculately presented – replenish stock in kitchens and ensure areas are tidy Building relationships with all tenants in the …
