We are currently looking for a receptionist to work on our clients' site within Newcastle, working within the front of house team ensuring all tenants and visitors receive a 5* service.
The position involves working on the ground floor, ensuring incoming visitors are seen to and assisted accordingly, answering emails and phone calls, and dealing with any additional queries from visitors. There are also administrative duties involved.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a five-star service is delivered by welcoming visitors and directing them accordingly
- Ensure all calls and emails are answered promptly and accordingly
- Manage the reception and helpdesk inbox
- Raise response works on systems
- Deal with any queries from occupiers or workers
- Signing in visitors and helping with directions
- Report any relevant information and issues to Front of House Manager and designated Facilities Management team
- Ensuring the front of house area is immaculately presented – replenish stock in kitchens and ensure areas are tidy

Looking for someone that is enthusiastic about ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times, with a friendly, professional, bubbly personality. Fantastic communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with high-profile clients.
