My Client is a leading Facilities company looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join the team. Working hours are Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm with a 30-minute unpaid break.
- Drive business performance through people and culture strategies by implementing P&C initiatives that enhance engagement, productivity, and retention within the business area.
- Develop, build, and test solutions that strengthen organisational effectiveness and address identified P&C gaps.
- Develop and embed P&C solutions that support winning talent, operational excellence, business growth, and customer retention.
- Identify, assess, and implement strategies that reduce employment, compliance, and operational risks.
- Lead organisational design, restructuring, and workforce planning initiatives, ensuring successful implementation of people projects and embedding sustainable changes aligned with strategic objectives.
- Provide guidance on complex or escalated cases, including policy interpretation, ER case management, TUPE, and union engagement in line with relevant CoEs.
- Deliver professional employee relations advice in line with policies, procedures, and employment law that minimises risk, fosters fairness, and supports business goals.
- Actively participate in operational and P&C solution meetings to provide insights, anticipate issues, and enable informed leadership decisions.
- Coach, mentor, and build the skills of the People & Culture team to deliver impactful results across the business.
