We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality finishes and a keen eye for detail. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying coatings to various structures and surfaces. Your ability to communicate effectively and work independently will be essential in ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards. The role will be working Monday - Friday working 40 hour weeks.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
- Mix paints and other materials according to specifications.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Ensure that all work areas are kept clean and organised during the painting process.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary touch-ups.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project requirements and timelines.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while working on-site.
- Drive to various job locations as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in painting or a related field is preferred.
