Site Lead
Location: Northampton (Site Based) Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 5:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch) Salary: Β£48,000 - Β£50,000

Overview
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of a high-profile site.
Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, supporting engineering teams, ensuring compliance standards are maintained, and delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support engineers and specialist contractors.
- Manage and utilise CAFM systems effectively.
- Assist with the preparation and compilation of monthly reports.
- Raise work orders and support budget management activities.
- Coordinate training and supervision of engineering staff.
- Prepare and submit client quotations.
- Maintain accurate site records and logbooks.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and contractors to ensure service delivery standards are met.
- Support Health & Safety compliance across the site.
- Coordinate responses to M&E-related issues and emergencies.
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with contractual and operational requirements.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous supervisory experience within a facilities or building services environment.
- Strong understanding of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) building services.
- Experience using CAFM systems.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Experience liaising with contractors, suppliers and clients.
Desirable
- Previous experience in a Facilities Coordinator, Facilities Supervisor or Site Lead role.
- Experience using asset management systems.
- Understanding of FM contract structures, including PPM and reactive maintenance.
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
- Authorised Person qualifications (Electrical, Mechanical, Confined Spaces, Working at Height, LOTO).
- Electrical or Multi-Skilled background
