Job Description
HVAC Mechanical (Nights)\\n\\nNight Shift only – (4 on 4 off rotation)\\n\\nTemp to permanent\\n\\nROLE OVERVIEW\\n\\nTo deliver HVAC mechanical reactive services across mobile sites in London\\n\\nRESPONSIBILITIES\\n\\n * Ensure that fault assignments are attended, diagnosed and repaired in line with agreed contractual SLA\\n\\n * Ensure that suitable spares are available to complete allocated tasks\\n\\n * Ensure that all relevant site documentation is held and maintained\\n\\n * Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are always prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices\\n\\n * To develop a good working relationship with all members of staff, subcontractors and the client representatives\\n\\n * Ensure the provision of a safe and healthy working environment. To include the wearing of uniform and PPE always\\n\\n * Ensure up to date plant logs are always kept\\n\\n * Ensure that all plant rooms under the responsibility of the organization are kept in a clean and tidy condition\\n\\n * To undertake lone working when and where required, subject to passing satisfactory training\\n\\n * Ensure assigned tasks are actioned and completed as appropriate\\n\\n * Ensure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI's/SLA's\\n\\n * Ensure CAFM system is kept up to date and that Reactive tickets are closed out with accurate data captured\\n\\n * Any other task as directed by the account management team\\n\\nREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE\\n\\n * To hold an NVQ/City & Guilds Qualification in Refrigeration / Air Conditioning\\n\\n * To hold a CAT 1 F Gas qualification\\n\\n * To hold a Full UK Driving License\\n\\n * Good mechanical engineer experience\\n\\n * Good experience in reactive works and track record in working in Facilities Management
