A skilled Multiskilled HVAC / Plumbing Engineer is required to undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all mechanical and assets on site. The role is site‑based, with occasional support required at nearby local sites as operational needs dictate.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on all mechanical services and associated M&E assets
- Undertake mechanical remedial works and fault diagnosis
- Attend site breakdowns and ensure faults are rectified efficiently and safely
- Complete planned maintenance in line with company PPM schedules and task plans
- Ensure PPM activities are delivered to a high, professional standard
- Produce technical reports, updates, and situational documentation as required
- Use company‑provided technology and systems to ensure compliance with contractual requirements
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and clients at all times
- Attend team meetings and operational briefings when required
- Present the company in a professional and positive manner at all times
- Escalate any major site issues or incidents to line management immediately
- Comply fully with all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality legislation, understanding individual responsibilities within these frameworks
