Mechanical / HVAC Supervisor – Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm + Overtime Salary: Competitive + Flexible Benefits Role Summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical / HVAC Supervisor to join the team at a prestiguos site. The successful candidate will ensure that reactive maintenance and remedial works are effectively planned and executed across mechanical services, HVAC systems, and associated infrastructure. Key Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with engineering standards and Health and Safety regulations. * Maintain accurate documentation and records for mechanical/HVAC systems. * Diagnose faults and optimize BMS and control systems for mechanical plant and equipment. * Supervise and manage the engineering team, including performance reviews, safety briefings, absence reporting, and training. * Oversee high-standard repairs to HVAC plant and associated systems. * Manage installation and repairs of pipework systems efficiently to minimize downtime. * Conduct pump repairs, including mechanical seal replacements and fault resolution. * Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to team members. * Respond promptly to Helpdesk requests related to heating, ventilation, pumps, valves, and pipework. * Collaborate with other trades as needed. * Utilize CAFM systems, Smartsheets, and subcontractor portals to track work output. * Engage with the supply chain to ensure effective planning and execution of quoted/project works. * Support operational delivery on event days. Candidate Profile We’re seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor with a strong background in building services and a commitment to excellent customer service.
