This is a temp to perm position. An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based by Moorgate. We are currently recruiting for an Mechanical engineer to be based in a commercial office. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site. Key Duties & Responsibilities * Mechanical Maintenance * Maintenance plumbing * BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) * Maintain and update Log books * HVAC Maintenance – AHUs & FCUs – Filter changes * Pumps, motors * Plant room maintenance * Supervising Sub Contractors
