This is a temp to perm position. An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based by Moorgate. We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical engineer to be based in a commercial office. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Mechanical Maintenance
  • Maintenance plumbing
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
  • Maintain and update Log books
  • HVAC Maintenance - AHUs & FCUs - Filter changes
  • Pumps, motors
  • Plant room maintenance
  • Supervising Sub Contractors
