ROLE OVERVIEW
To deliver reactive services across mobile sites in London
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that fault assignments are attended, diagnosed and repaired in line with agreed contractual SLA
- Ensure that suitable spares are available to complete allocated tasks
- Ensure that all relevant site documentation is held and maintained
- Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are always prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices
- To develop a good working relationship with all members of staff, subcontractors and the client representatives
- Ensure the provision of a safe and healthy working environment. To include the wearing of uniform and PPE always
- Ensure up to date plant logs are always kept
- Ensure that all plant rooms under the responsibility of the organization are kept in a clean and tidy condition
- To undertake lone working when and where required, subject to passing satisfactory training
- Ensure assigned tasks are actioned and completed as appropriate
- Ensure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI's/SLA's
- Ensure CAFM system is kept up to date and that Reactive tickets are closed out with accurate data captured
- Any other task as directed by the account management team
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- To hold an NVQ/City & Guilds Qualification in Electrical installation/maintenance
- 18th Edition
- To hold a Full UK Driving License
- Good experience in reactive works and track record in working in Facilities Management
