We are currently looking for a Facilities Assistant to work on site for our high profile client in Guilford. The position is working within facilities team helping ensure the building runs smoothly. The client is looking for someone who is happy to be hands on as well as excellent administration skills and holds a valid DBS. It is a full time position working Monday to Friday on a shift rotation working either in the morning or the afternoon on a temporary contract. Facilities Assistant Guilford Temp – perm £12ph – £13ph Responsibilities: Deliver a five* service is delivered by welcoming tenants and guests Floor Walks ensuring everything on the floor is working correctly and reporting any issues to the helpdesk Answering emails accordingly Dealing with administration on policies and procedures Security pass creating Manual handling – lots of room reconfiguration – relocating items between floors – I cannot stress enough – must be prepared to lift Dealing with Contractors Managing excel spreadsheets Logging and tracking maintenance tasks with the helpdesk Working closely with pitch teams, catering, security, reception and post room Building relationships with all tenants in the building We are looking for candidates with experience working in: Hotels Restaurants Corporate Airlines Marketing/Events Looking for someone that is enthusiastic about ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times Friendly, professional, bubbly personality Be extremely well always presented (must own a Black/Navy Suit with matching Blazer, White Shirt, Black Court Shoes (tie for male)).
