Electrical Maintenance Engineer- Reading\\n\\nJob description\\n\\nThe Company:\\n\\nMy client is one of the largest independent providers of property maintenance services in the UK, providing both Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance to thousands of clients across tens of thousands of locations around the UK. They provide, Mechanical & Electrical, Fabric, Air conditioning and Combustion, maintenance and installations to commercial & retail environments. They are national specialists in planned and responsive maintenance and all of there services are based on `self delivery`, which means that they employ only the best, fully qualified in-house technicians and engineers to maintain quality standards.\\n\\nDue to sustained period of growth, we are recruiting for a qualified Maintenance Electrician to join our busy team working on a static site in Reading.\\n\\nEssential skills:\\n\\n * Experience commercial, industrial and domestic installation and maintenance.\\n\\n * Good communications skills written and verbal\\n\\n * Client facing\\n\\n * Steady work history\\n\\n * Open to dealing with other forms of work such as small installations\\n\\n * Capable of working on own initiative and without supervision\\n\\n * Able to adapt to quickly changing environments and client’s requirements\\n\\n * Working under pressure\\n\\n * Excellent organisational skills / Time management /Ability to prioritise and organise own workload/ able to work to deadlines\\n\\n * Good working knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements\\n\\nEssential Qualifications must be held:\\n\\n * 18th Edition\\n\\n * NVQ or C&G Level 3 in Electrical Installation\\n\\nDesirable Qualifications & Experience\\n\\n * Working in commercial or property maintenance\\n\\n * Basic IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word\\n\\nSalary and Benefits\\n\\n * up to £42,000\\n\\n * 25 days annual leave\\n\\n * overtime
