Due to sustained growth and increased client demand, we are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Building Services Engineer to join their team covering West London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that invests heavily in its people, offering long-term career progression, stability, and exposure to a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial sites.
Core Responsibilities
- Work as a mobile engineer covering West London (SW & NW postcodes)
- Carry out reactive maintenance, repairs, and minor project works
- Ensure compliance with safe systems of work, including risk assessments and method statements
- Adhere to client-specific processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and required follow-ups
- Deliver planned and reactive maintenance within SLA timeframes
- Undertake a range of multi-skilled building services tasks
- Carry out minor installations and project works
- Provide a proactive, customer-focused service
- Maintain clear documentation in line with company FM systems and procedures
- Work across domestic, commercial, and industrial environments
- Participate in out-of-hours work and call-out rota when required

- 1.5x evenings
- 2x weekends (after midday Saturday)
Requirements
Essential
- City & Guilds qualification in Electrical or Building Services
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
- Strong organisational skills and positive attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible approach to work requirements
- Ability to use PDA/CAFM systems and email

- City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection
- Gold CSCS Card
- Site Health & Safety training
- First Aid qualification
