This role is HYBRID This job description is for a CAFM Applications Support role focused on supporting and administering MRI Concept/Evolution across UK&I facilities management contracts.
In summary, the role involves
- Supporting users and resolving Service Now incidents and requests related to the CAFM system.
- Investigating and fixing system issues affecting operational teams, contract teams and site engineers.
- Maintaining CAFM configuration, including PPM schedules, assets, job plans, work orders, user records and system settings.
- Running reports, extracting data and supporting data cleansing, validation and reconciliation.
- Helping ensure CAFM data is accurate, reliable and aligned with operational requirements.
- Supporting integration testing and troubleshooting issues between MRI Concept/Evolution and connected systems such as Attain.
- Maintaining documentation and assisting with system changes, releases and enhancements.
- Working closely with the Senior Application Support Analyst, operational teams, technical teams and software vendors.
