  • Core Responsibilities
  • Working as a Mobile Electrical Engineer covering South West London - SW Postcodes. delivering reactive repairs, maintenance tasks, and minor project works.
  • Ensuring full compliance with safe systems of work, risk assessments, method statements, and all relevant health and safety documentation.
  • Following client‑specific working processes and procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all completed works along with any follow‑up recommendations.
  • Completing planned and reactive repairs in line with SLA requirements and deadlines.
  • Demonstrating strong building services knowledge and the ability to carry out additional multi‑skilled tasks when required.
  • Assisting with minor new works and small project installations.
  • Providing proactive, customer‑focused communication and service delivery.
  • Adhering to all FM procedures and systems and ensuring clear and legible record‑keeping.
  • Working across domestic, industrial and commercial installations.
  • Participating in an out‑of‑hours call‑out rota and working occasional overtime. Key Benefits
