We are an exhibition and event business which operates all over the UK and occasionally there will be the opportunity to travel to site and support the installations team. We are looking for an organised individual who is used to a busy administration role in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and responding to customers via email and telephone
  • Liaising with the team on daily / weekly / monthly basis to complete tasks and deadlines
  • Supporting our graphics department with checks
  • Processing artwork before sending to our print house
  • Entering and maintaining data on our in-house sales software and tracking spreadsheets
  • Preparing documents and paperwork for the Installation Teams
  • General and ad-hoc admin duties expected of an office administrator

Hours of work

This is a part-time role anticipated working 4 days per week, 5 hours per day. Days of work are to be Tuesday to Friday and during TERM TIME ONLY. The nature of our business requires flexibility, our work schedule is dictated by our customers' event calendars and there will be times when you are needed to work outside of normal working hours and occasionally working over your contracted hours during busy periods. In these scenarios any additional hours will be paid in overtime or offered back in lieu. It is important that you are able to show flexibility in your approach to working hours, sometimes being able to make adjustments at short notice. Very occasional home working can be accommodated.
