Water Hygiene Technician at Total Environmental Compliance Ltd. TEC is a leading water hygiene company with a team-focused, people-first culture. We value honesty, approachability, and always finding the best solutions.
What you\’ll be doing
- Travel to customer sites, ensuring water systems are safe and compliant across the region.
- Inspect and clean water storage vessels, including leading on tank chlorinations.
- Install and service Thermostatic Mixing Valves and conduct routine monitoring tasks in line with HSG 274 Part 2. This includes flushing water outlets, monitoring temperatures, descaling showerheads, flushing pressure vessels, and performing sampling for closed water systems.
- Use our SimPRO system to manage workload.
- Spot problems and proactively find solutions, using knowledge of HSE’s ACOP L8 and HSG274 to maintain a professional and compliant standard.
Requirements
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- City & Guilds Legionella Awareness Training, or equivalent industry experience.
