Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to a high standard.
Undertake tank replacements and plumbing repairs in various commercial and domestic environments.
Conduct water sampling and temperature monitoring.
Respond to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues across commercial plumbing systems.
Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing fixtures, TMVs, pipework modification, and remove dead legs.
Collaborate with teams, maintain accurate records, and adhere to health and safety regulations.

City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification (preferred).
Proven experience in commercial plumbing and routine water hygiene tasks.
Experience with building services, facilities management, or environmental consultancy is a bonus.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
