Our client is a prestigious and independent estate agency with over 25 years of expertise and several regional offices across East Anglia with plans to grow further. This will mean the newest recruits will be the leaders in years to come.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive (Senior Negotiator) to join the Woolpit team. This is a key role for a confident and motivated professional with a proven track record in estate agency or sales who is ready to lead, inspire, and drive success.
Your Role
* Lead and manage sales activity within our busy Woolpit office.
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships, providing an exceptional level of service.
* Proactively develop new business opportunities to grow market share.
* Inspire and support colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and high-achieving team culture.
* Represent the company with professionalism, ensuring the reputation as one of the regionβs most prestigious estate agencies is maintained.
The Ideal Candidate
* Estate agency experience, ideally at senior negotiator level is ideal but not essential.
* Proven ability to deliver results in property sales.
* Articulate, polished, and professional in both written and verbal communication.
* Strong people skills, able to engage effectively across a wide demographic.
* Ambitious, driven, and passionate about property and customer service.
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
