Salary: Β£30,000 β Β£50,000 per annum (basic + commission + bonus)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday + Every Other Saturday
Our client is a prestigious and independent estate agency with over 25 years of expertise and several regional offices across East Anglia with plans to grow further. This will mean the newest recruits will be the leaders in years to come.
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator. This is a key role for a confident and motivated professional with a proven track record in estate agency or sales who is ready to lead, inspire, and drive success.
Your Role
* Lead and manage sales activity within our busy office.
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships, providing an exceptional level of service.
* Proactively develop new business opportunities to grow market share.
* Inspire and support colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and high-achieving team culture.

The Ideal Candidate
* Estate agency experience, ideal but not essential.
* Proven ability to deliver results in property sales.
