They are looking for a reliable Factory Operative to join their Packing team.
You ll make sure every customer order and stock item leaves the factory floor picked, packed, and labelled correctly, ready to go out the door.
Monday to Friday 07:00 15:30 Permanent What You ll Be Doing Picking, packing, and labelling customer orders against packing sheets and the weekly plan Packing items for stock as required Keeping the work area tidy, with tools and materials returned after use Completing regular stock checks and flagging low stock items Supporting powder coating pick and pack when required Loading and unloading deliveries and collections, including greenhouse parts Supporting other departments and general warehouse duties as required What We re Looking For A counterbalance forklift licence is desirable but not essential A careful, methodical approach, this is a role where attention to detail really matters A team player who takes pride in getting things right Someone who follows health and safety procedures properly A stable role with a respected, growing company that genuinely values its people.
