Our client is a well established manufacturer known for producing some of the best quality products on the market.
They are looking for a reliable Factory Operative to join their Glass team.
Glass is one of the most fragile and highest value materials in the production process, so this role is all about accuracy and care.
You will pick, arrange, and load glass orders correctly for every vehicle leaving the site, making sure every order goes out right, first time.
Monday to Friday 07:00 15:30 Permanent What You ll Be Doing Picking orders and arranging them to match outgoing vehicles Loading orders accurately for both small and large vehicles Checking deliveries against paperwork and reporting any quality or stock issues Breaking down packaging waste and keeping the work area clean and organised Assisting drivers with loading when needed Completing regular stock checks Supporting the wider warehouse team as required Operating a forklift to receive, inspect, and store incoming deliveries (if licensed) What We re Looking For A counterbalance forklift licence is desirable but not essential A careful, methodical approach, this is a role where attention to detail really matters A team player who takes pride in getting things right Someone who follows health and safety procedures properly A stable role with a respected, growing company that genuinely values its people.
