They are looking for a reliable Factory Operative to join their Despatch team.
You ll be the final checkpoint before an order leaves the building, picking, packing, and despatching customer and stock orders accurately and on time.
Monday to Friday 07:00 15:30 Permanent What You ll Be Doing Collating, picking, and packing customer orders against email and despatch notes Packing items for stock as required Placing completed orders at the correct collection points Scheduling courier collections Franking and bagging Royal Mail post Liaising with the Sales team on returns and stock issues Loading and unloading deliveries, including greenhouse parts Completing regular stock checks Answering the phone and intercom, and supporting the wider team as required What We re Looking For A counterbalance forklift licence is desirable but not essential A careful, organised approach with a strong eye for accuracy A team player who takes pride in getting things right Someone who follows health and safety procedures properly A stable role with a respected, growing company that genuinely values its people.
