We are currently looking for an experienced Skilled Landscaper to join a team on an ongoing, self-employed basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys delivering high quality landscaping projects for customers.
Location: Work carried out within approximately a 30 mile radius of Kessingland.
Start Date: Ideally April
Working Hours: Typically 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, although flexibility is available with prior notice.
Pay: Weekly pay depending on experience and use of own van and tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Laying natural stone and porcelain paving
- Installing fencing and decking
- Turfing and general landscaping tasks
- Managing and guiding a labourer on site
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site organisation
- Providing good customer service when working at client properties
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscaping and paving installation
- Ability to manage a labourer effectively
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Presentable and professional when working with customers
- Must be self-employed and able to provide UTR and National Insurance number
Equipment: A van and tools can be provided if required. Applicants with their own van and tools are also encouraged to apply.
Uniform: A uniform will be provided (excluding steel toe-cap work boots and work trousers).
