Weβre looking for an experienced IT professional to join the Digital Health team. You\’ll provide 1st line support, resolving complex IT issues, supporting junior staff, and ensuring users get the most from their systems. You\’ll also liaise with service providers, manage escalations, and help improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle and resolve advanced IT support queries
*
Act as liaison between users and IT service providers
*
Support and mentor support staff
*
Monitor system performance and suggest improvements
*
Support peripheral hardware and assist with system maintenance
*
Participate in weekend/offsite support rota
Requirements:
*
Degree/HND or equivalent IT experience
*
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
*
Experience supporting healthcare IT systems (desirable)
*
Knowledge of computer networking and current tech trends
*
Full UK driving licence
