Our client based in East Harling is looking for a Despatch Team Leader to join their busy team. Working Monday to Friday from (Apply online only), you will be required to:
- Lead and manage the despatch team
- Carry out daily and weekly meetings to communicate team objectives
- Liaise with other departments to achieve overall company goals
- Maintain 5S standards to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Conduct final quality checks and regular spot checks to ensure all products meet quality standards
- Ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to and promote a culture of safety and compliance within the despatch team
This position is offered on a temporary basis and could become permanent for the right candidate, you will therefore need to be available to start work immediately.
