Customer Service Executive required to join a fast paced environment on the outskirts of Newmarket. Β£27,000 – Β£29,000 a year – depending on experience Full-time, Permanent role Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Office based role Must have operation coordination experience Own transport is desirable Benefits include: * Pension * Staff Social events * Training and career progression * 23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays * Overtime pay available * Free parking Main Responsibilities: * Managing workload and diaries * Generating invoices * Generating Quotes * Creating reports to monitor job pipeline * General office duties Key Skills: * Very good written and spoken English * Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls and emails efficiently and effectively * Ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers * Able to build relationships with others * Must have excellent team working skills * Excellent telephone skills * Able to communicate effectively with senior management * Excellent IT skills and able to learn new systems quickly If the above role sounds of interest and you have the relevant experience please apply today
