Royal Mail deliver parcels every day to people throughout the country and are relied on by communities across the UK. We are now looking for Delivery Drivers to be a part of this world-class service.
It’s not just about driving and deliveries. It’s checking post-boxes, popping into post offices, visiting our business customers at a prearranged time, being there to collect the mail, and dropping it off at our processing centres. Sorting out your mailbags and making sure each piece gets to the right place, at the right time. You deliver much more than just letters and parcels.
- This role is working Monday to Friday 13:00 - 18:30 (Occasional weekends may be needed)
- Basic Pay £13.37, Overtime after 40 Hours £15.68
As a Collections Delivery Driver, you will need the following:
- Full UK Driving licence, with no more than six points.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Upbeat and self-motivated.
- Love of the outdoors, whatever the weather.
- Good level of fitness to meet demands of the role.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Resilience and flexibility.
