We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Temporary General Admin Assistant based in East Harling. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable, and confident handling a variety of administrative tasks within a busy environment.
Role Details:
- Location: East Harling
- Days: Monday to Friday (4 or 5 days per week)
- Hours: 8:45am – 5:00pm
- Pay: £12.71 – £15.00 per hour
- Contract Length: 1–2 months
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence
- Managing and maintaining stock control systems
- Ordering stock and liaising with suppliers
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office tasks
- Ensuring records are accurate and up to date
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
