We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Temporary General Admin Assistant based in East Harling. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable, and confident handling a variety of administrative tasks within a busy environment.

Role Details:

  • Location: East Harling
  • Days: Monday to Friday (4 or 5 days per week)
  • Hours: 8:45am – 5:00pm
  • Pay: £12.71 – £15.00 per hour
  • Contract Length: 1–2 months
  • Pay Frequency: Weekly

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence
  • Managing and maintaining stock control systems
  • Ordering stock and liaising with suppliers
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office tasks
  • Ensuring records are accurate and up to date

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
