TotalEnergies is one of the largest providers of on street charge points in London. Maintaining a network of over 3000 charge points with a planned rise to 6000 by 2030, with a reliability rate of 97%. The network and maintenance team will grow and the complexity of maintenance delivery will increase as different models of charge point coexist and as DC is introduced with different management rules.
Each site has a feeder pillar and between 1 and 5 charge points. The sites are mostly located curb side on public streets. Allowing EV users to park and charge in any bay with its dedicated charge point. The charge points require regular supervision, monitoring and maintenance in order to provide the best charging experience for our customers.
- Coordination of the User-Acceptance-Test (UAT) for the “Tooling OPS” project in Microsoft Dynamics amongst all teams involved at TCSUK, including Sales, Delivery, Maintenance and Customer Service
- Ensure any gaps are analysed and shared with the respective teams at Central responsible for implementing fixes and changes
- Follow-up with internal TCSUK teams after Go-Live to ensure the smooth running and usage of the tool and continue to share any bugs or inconsistences with management and Central
- Produce progress dashboards to track KPIs and success rates of the tests
- Ensure reporting features in the tool meet the needs of the teams using them to report internally and externally
- Become proficient in the usage of the tool and assist with training other team members
- Min 3-year experience in charging infrastructure and hardware
- Thorough understanding of how charging points function and operate, both hardware and software.
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office and specifically Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to liaise at all levels of the Company
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tools
- Analytical approach to problems
- Ability to create meaningful reports and dashboards
- Ability to analyse data and identify anomalies
