Through its brands Structured Retail Products (SRP), GlobalCapital (GC) and Futures & Options World (FOW), the group delivers products that help clients understand complex markets, benchmark activity, and make better-informed decisions across derivatives, debt capital markets and structured finance.
The Senior Marketing Executive supports the execution of marketing activity primarily for SRP, while also supporting the wider Derivia Intelligence portfolio. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams including Sales, Product and Editorial, the role delivers integrated campaigns that drive demand generation, strengthen product positioning, and build brand visibility, supporting global growth ambitions. The role also supports marketing automation and core digital channels, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and aligned with sales processes.
Key responsibilities
- Marketing campaigns (SRP)
- Support delivery of the marketing plan aligned to business objectives
- Execute integrated campaigns across email, web, content and paid channels
- Own performance across core digital channels, including email and web
- Build and optimise campaign assets, including landing pages and emails
- Contribute to lead generation and pipeline growth through campaign execution
- Support and optimise paid media activity across social and search
- Track campaign performance and provide insights to improve conversion and results
- Marketing automation and CRM (SRP and Derivia brands)
- Build and execute campaigns in Pardot for SRP
- Champion marketing automation processes across the team
- Support development of lead management processes across brands with Sales
- Maintain and improve automation processes and workflows
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and conversion
- Broader marketing activity (SRP and Derivia brands)
- Support SEO initiatives to improve visibility and inbound traffic
- Assist with SRP event marketing activity, including campaign support and collateral
- Support marketing activity across other Derivia brands where priorities align
Required experience and skills
- Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally within financial or professional services
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g. Pardot, Salesforce)
- Experience with campaign reporting and analytics tools
- Working knowledge of SEO and paid digital marketing
