About the Role
Total Construction Training is seeking an experienced Construction/Waste Plant Operative ready to take the next step in their career by training to become a qualified Instructor and Level 2 NVQ Assessor. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled plant operator who wants to move off the tools and into a rewarding training role, delivering high-quality plant and NVQ training across the UK.

What We’re Looking For
Essential- Proven experience operating a Loading Shovel, 360 Excavator, and/or Materials Re‑Handler
- Experience operating the additional plant listed above
Full instructor and assessor training, along with relevant certifications, will be provided to the right candidate.
