Total Construction Training in Redditch/Bromsgrove area seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, develop new training opportunities, and strengthen client relationships. You will combine business development, consultative sales and key account management to deliver training solutions that meet operational and compliance needs.

The successful candidate will progress over 18 months to become General Manager, with opportunity to shape strategy across our Training Centres.
