We are looking to recruit a Plant Administrator to join a very busy Plant team operating in a fast paced environment for a construction company. For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.
Key Duties to include (but not exclusive to):
- Process daily office operations for the plant team.
- Prepare accurate site reports and operational documentation with strong attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems, including confidential and compliance-sensitive documents.
- Support plant management by preparing senior-level operational documents and reports.
- Process purchase orders in line with established company procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date regulatory compliance records, including PAT tests, LOLER certificates, and related documentation.
- Prepare and update materials required for audits and inspections.
- Collaborate closely with the plant team to support ongoing operational needs.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally, providing excellent communication support.
- Assist team members with administrative tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Identify areas for administrative process improvements and help implement changes.
Key Skills:
- A Construction and/or Plant background would be ideal but not essential.
- Contributes to the team.
- Works collaboratively.
- Clear, effective communicator, on the phone, in writing and in person.
