They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial and commercial success of their ongoing works. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing commercial and contractual relationships with key stakeholders. Handling NEC4 contracts and subcontract agreements with precision. Measuring, pricing, negotiating, and agreeing costs for Compensation Events and project scope . Conducting cost reconciliations, producing procurement schedules, and assisting in budget forecasting. Leading subcontractor negotiations, order placements, and payment processing . Working closely with the project and site management team to ensure seamless operations. What We’re Looking For: A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management . At least 10 years of experience in commercial roles within civil engineering , with 4+ years at a senior level. Strong numerical and analytical skills , with attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word . A full driving licence .
