Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams in line with company procedures.
- Oversee contract delivery from tender handover through to final account.
- Produce accurate forecasts, monthly reports and support change management.
- Ensure compliance with all HSE, quality and environmental requirements.
- Build strong client relationships to support repeat business.
- Lead, motivate and develop project teams, managing performance and training needs.
- Monitor labour, plant and resources, ensuring efficient utilisation.
